Whether they’re into art, design, music or creative writing, we have an activity for them! Kids will be able to dive into their passions and interests with help from our experienced and passionate guides.

✏️ Illustrate a Picture Book with Amber
October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 (5 sessions)- Ages 9-12
Your kid will bring a story to illustrate, explore approaches to illustrating, and work on their book over 5 sessions. They will hand bind a book, explore possible materials, and learn about adding text to the images to tell the story.

Basic Watercolour Techniques with Amber

Kids will learn basic watercolour techniques and use them in their art practice.
🗿 Air Dry Clay Skills 1 with Alecyn
October 4, 11, 18, 25 (4 sessions)- Ages 7-12
Kids will learn about different ways of modelling air-dry clay including making pinch pots, hand building, and creating a fantasy character on an armature!
🖍️ Colour Through History ll with Amber
October 4, 11, 18, 25 (4 sessions)- Ages 10-12
Kids will explore colour through art history and creative practice. We’ll look at how different colours have been used by particular artists and their feelings around the art and dive into colour theory.
🍥 Principles of Design with Amber
October 4, 11, 18, 25 (4 sessions)- Ages 9-12
Kids will discover ways of making their art dynamic by using principles of design!
✍️ Creative Writing Club with Alecyn
October 5, 12, 19, 26 (4 sessions)- Ages 10-14
Kids will have a ton of fun learning about writing and responding to wild and zany writing prompts. Kids will learn about the elements of language, play writing games and get to share fun and silly stories.
🎵 Paint with Music with Amber
October 25- Ages 8-12
Kids will look at how artists have been inspired by music through art history in movements like action painting and more.
